The Media is information bias
Some media houses deliberately leave out information, that they see as unfit for the audience to get their hands on. Newspapers and news channels will snip information that is exceedingly explanatory (but important), choosing to go with what can be conveyed in a nutshell.
The Media is opinion bias
Media bias can happen due to various reasons. It occurs when journalists (or people) connected with the reporting of a particular event, have a prejudiced opinion about certain things, which ultimately results in a distorted version of the story.
The media reflects politics
They may leave out important information in favor a political reason or their own favor.
How Donald Trump represents Mexicans:
- He describes them as bad people who bring crime, drugs and rapists into america.
- He says this out of fear for unemployment for people of america and fear for less houses, race and overpopulation. to scare the people of america to join his side.

Constructive media:
- Media are not windows on reality or mirrors of society. They are carefully constructed products. From newspapers to nature shows, media producers actively select and construct particular images of the world.
- A media literate person is aware that many decisions go into every media product, and that even the most realistic images represent someone's interpretation of reality.
- Moreover a truly media literate person can produce media aswell, thereby offering their own construction of reality.
- When we say that all media messages are constructed, we mean that all media messages have been assembled by someone. That “someone” could be a single person, or it could be a large organization. The messages and values embedded in this particular piece of media are those of the people who created it.
- In photographs, the photographer's own vision of what she wants to show within the frame demonstrates her own values and beliefs.
- A newspaper writer’s articles may be based on his own beliefs, or based on the beliefs and ideologies of his publishers, or perhaps even the beliefs of the companies who advertise in that particular newspaper.

Analyse the attached media. ^
The Sun is a right wing newspaper which means that it is in favor of the the conservative party. The sun newspaper is also conventionally a Tabloid newspaper (smaller format than a broadsheet) Being tabloid, the newspaper conventionally uses unserious material that includes celebrity gossip, informal text, paparazzi shots, The sun usually uses large images to cover a majority of the front cover as well as bright colors and short text. In the case of the attached media, The sun uses The conventional bright colors, short text, large images and puns to put Jeremy Corbyn (Cor-bin) in a negative light for being "useless on Brexit", "Destroyer of Jobs", business's enemy", "Puppet of unions", Etc.
Throughout the cover, The writer continuously uses Conventions such as color to attract audiences to read and purchase the newspaper. This is their goal because, as a tabloid newspaper, they aim to make money off of the newspaper instead of raise awareness or discuss political problems like newspapers such as; the guardian, The Independent and the observer aim to do. As the Sun is in favor of the Conservatives, to mock a high status member of the Labor party will help the Conservatives to gain more voters towards their cause. The writer also uses A large main image to draw attention as they have cleverly made the image mock Jeremy Corbyn to favor Conservatives. The image shows a Right wing bias from the Sun as they are giving a negative mode of address of any left wing views. The writer uses an unserious, Informal mode of address to exaggerate how bad Jeremy Corbyn is for the government. The headline and Mast head (Title) uses Bold text as another use of informal Mode of address. The writer continuously uses pro-nouns for a persuasive mode of address, such as 'We've', Etc.
The Sun uses a very bleak stand first to persuade readers to think that Jeremy Corbyn only has negative ideas for the UK which will lead readers who are in favor of Labor to switch on their leader of the Labor party. This is also known as a copy, this summarizes the main article into a short body of writing. it usually contains an informal mode of address to persuade readers. Although the Sun is usually bought by right wing audiences anyway, The sun still uses persuasive Mode of address to allow Right wing audiences to want to buy a newspaper as well as persuades Left wing audiences.
The sun is a Tabloid newspaper, This means that they constantly use conventional ideas for their media. In this particular article, The sun uses Sans serif Font as they always do, This is a bold font to catch readers eyes, the font is also in all capitals to exaggerate the meaning.
